Privacy Policy

We try to collect as little as possible:

• Your revision progress (which questions you've done and your marks) — saved on your device so the app can show your progress. We don't need your name for this.
• Email — optional. Only if you choose to add one so you can restore your progress on another device, or reply to feedback. You can remove it any time.
• Usage data — only if you accept analytics cookies. An anonymous ID and which screens/features you use, so we can improve the app. This is off unless you choose "Accept".
• Feedback you send us (the message, and your email if you add one).
• The AI tutor (paid feature): if you use it, the text you type is sent to Google to generate a reply. We don't store your typed messages, and you never have to use it.

• Progress & account: kept until you delete it. You're in control.
• Share-a-report links: expire automatically after 90 days, and you can turn one off sooner.
• Analytics: kept for up to 14 months, then deleted.
• Feedback: kept only as long as we need it to act on what you told us.

We never sell your data and we don't use it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Firebase (Google) — secure hosting and storage.
• Google Analytics — usage statistics (only if you accept analytics cookies).
• Google AI — generates the optional AI tutor's replies.
• Stripe — handles payments if you subscribe (we never see your card details).

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can object to us using it.

You can delete your account and progress yourself from the Account screen at any time. To remove anything else (like feedback), just email us and we'll sort it.

Little & Often is built for GCSE students, mainly aged 13–16. Because our users are under 18, we follow the UK's Age Appropriate Design Code (the Children's Code): privacy-friendly settings are on by default, tracking is off until you accept it, and we only collect what we really need.

You must be 13 or older to create an account. We don't knowingly collect data from under-13s; if we find a younger user's account, we delete it.
